Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of gem.agency and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

gem.agency is operated by GEMIC Institute, Rose Apple Square, Ground Floor, Retail Zone, Rose Apple Road, Siem Reap 17252, Cambodia. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products and Certification

We sell natural gemstones only; we do not sell synthetic stones. Every gemstone is tested in our laboratory by an accredited gemologist and, where indicated, is accompanied by its certificate. Product photographs and videos are of the actual item offered for sale unless stated otherwise. Minor variations in color rendering may occur between screens.

3. Prices and Currencies

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions based on current exchange rates; the settlement currency and final amount are confirmed at checkout. We may correct pricing errors on unshipped orders; in such cases you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is accepted once we confirm payment and availability by email. Available payment methods include international bank transfer and Western Union; within Cambodia we also accept instant bank transfer and QR code payment. We do not accept card payments for remote orders. All transfer and handling fees are payable by the customer, and payment must be received in USD. If the amount received is lower than the invoiced amount, the order is not shipped. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailability; any amount already paid will then be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide with tracked delivery as described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Import duties and taxes applicable in the destination country, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within a 30-day inspection period under the conditions described in our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, photographs, videos, certificates, logos) is the property of GEMIC Institute and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the amount paid for the item concerned.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. We encourage customers to contact us first at [email protected]; most concerns can be resolved amicably.
